• We have modified the ECMS system as per details given below in order to streamline the existing ECMS system:

| 1 | Inclusion of new field “Place of Travel” in ‘Advance Request’ Menu and ‘Claim’ Menu | Employee to enter Place of Travel. If multiple places are visited, employee to enter such places. This is a mandatory field. |
| 2 | Inclusion of new fields “Travel-Start Date” and “Travel-End Date” in ‘Advance Request’ Menu and ‘Claim’ Menu | Employee to enter Start date and End date of Travel. If multiple places are visited , employee to enter the Start date of 'First' place and end date of 'Last' place visited. These are mandatory fields. |
| 3 | System will send an automated email to employees (and L1) who have not submitted claims within 7 days from Travel End Date | Employee will receive an automated email if Travel Advance is taken and claim is not submitted within 7 days from the Travel End date |
| 4 | Employee will not be permitted to submit any Travel claim after 15 days from the Travel End date | All pending claims as on date to be submitted on or before 30.06.2022. No pending claim will be entertained in future if the same is submitted after 15 days from the Travel End date. System will not allow claim entry if the submission is done after 15 days. This will come in to effect from 1.07.2022. |
| 5 | System will perform Auto-cancellation of claim if the same is not approved by L1 within 14 days from the date of submission of claim | If claim gets auto-canceled at L1 or L2 or L3, an employee will be permitted once to resubmit the claim that got auto-canceled. |
